3 Men at the Pearly Gates
Three young men, a Pole, a Jew, and a Turk, are waiting at the
poily gates. The poily gate guy says "you guys are young, so
I'm gonna give you another chance. But! if you indulge, or
even contemplate indulging, your greatest vice, back you
come (and no warnings).
With that, all 3 are plunked down in NYC, and in fine fettle.
They proceed to stroll the avenue, when they pass a sausage
shop. The Pole takes one step towards the door and POW --
back he goes.
This shocks the remaining two, but they shake it off and
continue on their circambulation. A few blocks down, the Jew
spots a nickel in the gutter, surrounded by offal and moldy
trash. He bends down to pick it up and, POW! the Turkish guy
disappears!
